Twitter User Calls For The Assassination of President Trump – Twitter Fails To Act

It’s fairly well known that Jack Dorsey, co-founder and CEO of Twitter has a huge problem with Trump, his supporters and pretty much anything that does not endorse the sentiments of the extreme left.

In the past the social media platform has been exposed as not enforcing their Terms of Service equally, and it’s engineers have been exposed as using algorithms to censor any account they deem right-wing.

If you use Twitter, you have to accept the fact that Jack and his engineer’s don’t play by their own rules. This includes tweets calling for the assassination of The President of the United States.

This tweet has been reported numerous times not only by myself but by many others since it was made on June 24, 2018.

As of this writing it is still up for all to see. This isn’t the only tweet of this nature, its just one of the latest.

More tweets exist with same sentiment –

If by some horrible chance someone acts on the suggestion of the person that tweeted this, it is my opinion that they as well as the whole of Twitter be somehow held legally responsible. By not removing this tweet and the user they are, in my opinion endorsing the sentiment.

It doesn’t matter if you are a Trump supporter or not, this kind of behavior especially in our current political climate should be condemned by all, and yes I would say the same thing if it had been said about any of the other candidates/players.

UPDATE:
The above tweet has been removed by the author, Dean Anthony Gratton, whose Twitter account is still active. It does not however seem to have come at Twitter’s instructions as I didn’t receive notice from Twitter (per my reporting the tweet) that it was found in violation.

Therefore the question remains – Why is Jack Dorsey and Twitter endorsing the assassination of our president and allowing the hashtag, #AssassinateTrump to remain up and active on his platform?

This is Deric Lostutter “Not” Using The Internet

According to Deric Lostutter’s Final Judgement Order (page 5 section 12) handed down by the Federal Courts he is not to be using the internet or computer’s for any reason – most especially to threaten, harass, or intimidate others.

He and his wife, Jennifer Lostutter have acknowledged such in a recent video she posted on “her” Free Deric Lostutter Twitter account.

So, imagine my surprise when I get the below screenshot this morning in my messages. A screenshot from her Instagram account from 16 hrs ago, which puts it well after the orders and acknowledgements of them.

Maybe he just wanted to send a message to all of their “supporters” or maybe, as always, he feels he is above the law and court orders?

Maybe she does too.

UPDATE 4/6/2017:

The intimidation continues as evidenced by the tweets “Jenny” decided to direct at several individuals last night.
This is evidenced by her tweets about people with “snakes in their hair.” It is a pretty well known fact that Attorney, Kim Picazio of South Florida uses a Medusa avatar on her personal Twitter account called Medusa_TheGreat.

Then there is the matter of her tweets to William K. Murtaugh, the blogger who covered the sentencing hearing and has blogged extensively on Deric’s case.

Below is a snippet of the threats. The entire conversation can be found on the Twitter account FREEDERICLOSTUTTER beginning at approximately 9:34 PM on 5 Apr 2017.

For people who claim to want to be left alone, they certainly go out of their way to target anyone who doesnt support the false narrative they continue to try to push.

Dear Dan Grilo: The Internet Never Forgets

During last night’s Joint Session there were plenty of moments that make America shake its collective head, but none, in this writer’s opinion were more reprehensible than Dan Grilo‘s tweet disrespecting military widow, Carryn Owens.

While the rest of us watched the raw emotion in this woman’s face when President Trump spoke of her husband, and grieved with her, Dan Grilo took to Twitter to say the following:

Almost immediately Twitter reacted and called him out… this writer being no exception.

He quickly protected his tweets .. another thing not lost on Twitter . . . or this writer.

Holly Briley

Well it all must have been too much for his delicate feelings because as of this morning he has deactivated his account – no doubt to clean it and his underoos he must have soiled during all of the back lash.

But, that’s okay Dan .. the internet never forgets .. especially when you disrespect our military and their grieving families. Next time instead of disrespecting them, and minimizing their grief you should just say “thank you” because THEY fight and DIE for YOUR freedoms.. which include the free speech you so fully used to show the world what a truly repugnant human being you are.

UPDATE:
In a statement from Liberty Advisor Group it has been confirmed that Dan Grilo’s employment with them has been terminated.

“Last night during President Trump’s speech, a Liberty Advisor Group employee sent out an offensive and inappropriate tweet regarding the Gold Star family that was being rightly honored before Congress and the Nation. The personal views of this individual do not represent Liberty and we vigorously disavow them.

Although the message and subsequent apologies were sent from an individual’s personal account, and bore no connection to his work with Liberty, his comments were inconsistent with the Company’s values and the unyielding respect it has for the members of our Nation’s Armed Forces.  Regardless of whether the comments in the tweet were intended to cause the hurt and anger that they ultimately generated, they were unacceptable to us, and the individual who issued the tweet is no longer affiliated with Liberty.

Liberty’s culture places a high value on the men and women of America’s military who fight to defend us and our families. We honor them. We want to express our sincere condolences to Mrs. Owens.  We also apologize to all those who have served this nation, including those Liberty employees who have themselves served, and anyone else who was offended by these comments.”
